Bellaire Farms is an online marketplace operating from Runaway Bay, Jamaica , with Head office in the UK.

Q: How secure is shopping on  Bellairfarmsjamaica.com?

Anyone can shop on Bellaire Farms as long as they are at least 18 years old and have access to the Internet.

Q: How do I order groceries for my relatives back in Jamaica?

A: It’s very simple. You may go online and place the order yourself: www.bellairfarms.com

Or you may call/WhatsApp  us to place your order: +44 (0) 7477 569 627 . You may even tell us how much you would like to spend and we’ll call your relatives to find out exactly what they want. Depending on where your relatives live in Jamaica, delivery takes about 2-5 days.

Q: I have registered on bellairfarmsjamaica.com but cannot log in. Why? One of the possible problems is that your account is not verified. An email with verification link should have been sent to your registered email address, please click on the verification link to activate your account. If no email was received or you are still experiencing difficulties after verification, please contact us at bellairefarms1@gmail.com for technical assistance.

Q: I have a user account with Bellair Farms but forgot my password, what should I do?
This is an easy one. Just click “Sign in” from the top of the Bellaire Farms page, then click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted to enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with Bellaire farms). The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

Absolutely! You may use a tablet, desktop, laptop, smartphone – any electronic device that allows you to browse the Internet.

Q: How do I pay for my purchases?
You may pay with your credit card, debit card, bank transfer,  PayPal, Cash-App, WesternUnion and MoneyGram (conditions apply).

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  If an item is unavailable, we will send a note to let you know when you may expect it, some brand names may vary but will be substituted by another brand of equal quality.

Q: How long does it take for my purchase to be delivered?
We deliver within 2 – 5 business days.  However, some items may take an extra day.
Q: Where do you deliver?
Bellair Farms currently deliver  Islandwide in Jamaica . We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Q:  What if I am not home during working hours, will you deliver to my workplace?
Yes, just fill in the address of your workplace in your shipping details at checkout and we will do the rest.

Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
Yes, you may. However, some terms and conditions may apply. Please review our Refunds Policy. If you still need more assistance, please contact us.
Q:  Do you ship products overseas?
Yes we ship non perishable items within the UK and europe, customers in Europe must first check their country customs exemption  rules before placing an order with us.

Q:  How much does it cost to ship items overseas?

A. The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being shipped. Bellairfarms.com would have to be informed of the quantity of items being shipped in order to provide a quote. The shipping method required would also determine the final cost.

Q: Can I purchase Alcohol to be shipped to the USA Or Canada?

A. Unfortunately, while we are able to ship alcohol to most countries, customs regulations prohibit us sending alcohol directly into the US or Canada without a broker. This significantly increases the cost of shipping as a broker will charge upward of US$200 to do the amount of paperwork required. This may be the cost to process a shipment 1 bottle or 1 pallet.

Q: Can I purchase alcohol to be shipped to countries other than the USA and Canada?
A: Yes. Shipping cost is based on the weight of the number of items.

Q: I can’t find a particular product/item I want  what can I do?
Enter the name of the product/item in the search bar located at the top of the product page and press the enter key. If you are still unable to find it, kindly contact us at bellairefarms1@gmail.com and an Agent will gladly source it for you, if possible.

Q: I have a user account with Bellaire Farms, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?
Go to “My Account” page login and you can modify your account details there.

Q: I have received a few emails from Bellair Farms; what are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?
Order Received: This email informs you that Bellaire farms has received your order and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms Bellaire Farms has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Bellaire Farms has dispatched the order to your shipping address.

Q: How do I use my rewards points?  Note: ( This Service is not currently available ).
When you accumulate 250 or more points, at checkout, you will be asked if you would like to apply reward points to payment. After you click “Checkout” you will be prompted to select your payment method; this is done by clicking on the circle beside the one that is most convenient for you. After this is done, just below, is the option to either “Apply Discount Code” or “Apply Reward Points” by clicking on the dropdown.
