Order Cancellation / Refunds

Orders processed on Bellair Farms Jamaica may be cancelled after payment is made but before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp  +44 7477 569 627 THEN send us an email at bellairefarms1@gmail.com prior to your order being shipped and state the reason for requesting cancellation. Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation and the return and refund policy becomes applicable.

When an item is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item. Be sure to check all your orders carefully before making payment. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used for the purchase.

Conditions for Refund

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your products, Bellair Farms Jamaica  will grant you a full refund once the following conditions are met:

1: The product is returned within 7 days of receiving it.

2: The original receipt is present upon return of the item.

3: The product has not been used, damaged or removed from its original packaging.

4: The original packaging is not damaged.

5: The serial number and bar code has not been defaced or removed.

6: The item has not been kept outside of its recommended storage temperature for more than 30 minutes. Frozen / chilled foods and beverages that have been defrosted or set to room temperature are not eligible for refund.

Refund payments are issued based on the method used to pay for your order.Once we have received your returns your refund will take 3 to 5 business days to process.

Errors & Omissions

Bellair Farms Jamaica aims to provide accurate and timely information via this website. However, we are not exempt from human errors, omission and inaccuracies. Where these are identified Bellair Farms Jamaica reserves the right to revoke these inaccuracies and make the necessary corrections.

We will process all refunds promptly, however, it may take 3 – 5 business days to see refunds reflected in your account. If after 5 days your refund is not seen in your account, please drop us a note at bellairefarms1@gmail.com A customer care agent will respond to you by the next business day.
Bellairfarms.com will not process cash refunds for returned goods. A credit note will be issued that may only be used for future purchases on bellairfarms.com .
