Our lifeline Care package is a great way to bless a elderly person or family member with a regular monthly food parcel which covers all the basics including  meat and fresh fish as part of a healthy diet.

Food items

• 5 pounds Flour ( white or wheat)
• 5 pounds Rice ( white or brown)
• 4 pounds Sugar
• 1 Natural bran bread
• 2 Lasco baked beans
• 1 litre vegetable oil
• 2 pounds  refined cornmeal
• 1 Tins Betty Milk 397g
• 1/2 pound Red peas
• 3 Tang
• 1 pack Gold Seal Margarine 227g
• 3 sachets Maggi all purpose seasoning 10g
• 2 sachets black pepper 10g

Meat & Seafood

• 2 pounds Turkey Neck
• 4 pounds chicken mixed parts
• 1/2 Dozen eggs
• 1 pound fish head

Cleaning & Laundry

• 2 Suds laundry detergent  350g
• 3 bathing soap bars 100g or other
• 3 Daffa Toilet Tissue
• 1 Small hand paper Towel
• 1 Sml Axion dishwashing cream
• 1 medium toothpaste

Note: substitutes can be made for items preferred if it’s a price match.
